What is SuperTide?
SuperTide is an AI-native, self-custodial financial operating system for emerging markets. It unifies trading, payments, savings yield, equity investing, cross-border transfers, and card spending in one non-custodial account. Built for India, Southeast Asia, and Africa. No seed phrases, no gas, no chain-switching. The AI agent Ava abstracts all Web3 complexity.

Engagement led at principal level by Nishith Desai personally. NDA represented IAMAI in the 2020 Supreme Court case (IAMAI v. Reserve Bank of India, WP Civil 528/2018, decided 4 March 2020) that struck down RBI's crypto banking circular — the foundational ruling for India's crypto industry.
